The Plot Plan
The Plot Plan generally contains:
- Owner's name, Job address, and Assessor's Parcel Number
- Legal Parcel Configuration, with dimensions,
boundaries and acreage.
- Adjacent streets and any access easements.
- North Arrow.
- Locations of Existing (E) Improvements and setbacks from boundaries and each other. (A setback is a fancy word for "distance from")
- Proposed New (N) Improvements and setbacks.
- Setbacks between (E) or (N) Septic Systems,
Leach Fields, and Wells including distances from structures.
- Easements and Utility lines (electric, gas, water)
