The Foundation Plan

The Foundation Plan contains:

  • Dimensions of concrete footings and walls.
  • Size and location of steel reinforcing bars.
  • Finished grade levels and compaction of filled areas.
  • Spacing and Dimensions of piers, pier footings, posts and girders.
  • Specs or model type of all metal attachment hardware.
